The short version: if a renewal caught you by surprise, we refund it. If a mod is broken and we can't fix it, we refund it. If you simply changed your mind about files you already have, usually not — but talk to us before you talk to your bank, because we are easier to deal with.

Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; it never claws back the current one — the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, you keep everything it grants until then, and you can undo the cancellation right up to that moment.
We don't prorate partly-used periods. What we do instead: if a renewal charge surprised you — you meant to cancel, you forgot the date, you stopped playing — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that renewal in full. Subscriptions exist to support ongoing work, not to tax forgetfulness.
The rebranding add-on is part of the subscription it rides on and follows the same rules.
Mods bought outright
A one-time purchase delivers immediately and permanently, which is exactly what makes it hard to hand back — the files don't return when the money does. So:
- If it doesn't work — the mod fails against the Hytale and dependency versions its product page names, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time — full refund, up to 14 days from purchase. Come with what the server log says; that is usually all we need.
- If you changed your mind, we have no obligation once the content is delivered — by buying, you asked for immediate delivery and accepted that this replaces any withdrawal window where the law allows. That said, ask anyway: for a purchase that was clearly a mistake (wrong mod, duplicate, bought seconds before subscribing), we are not interested in keeping money that feels wrongly held.
Content bound to a Hytale username
If it has not yet been applied in-game, it is refundable within 14 days like any other purchase. Once applied to the named player, it is delivered, and the mistaken-purchase grace above is the remaining route. A mistyped username is not a refund matter at all — correct it from your account page.
How refunds arrive
Always to the original payment method, through Stripe. Once issued, banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. Refunding a purchase withdraws whatever it granted — entitlements, downloads, Discord roles.
Chargebacks
Disputing a charge with your bank instead of talking to us costs us a fee whether or not the dispute is fair, so: ask us first — under this policy you will usually get the money faster than the dispute would deliver it. Chargebacks on purchases that were honestly delivered are treated as fraud: the account and everything it holds are terminated.
